Futonmanina.com, is registered in the State of New York. We only collect New York sales tax for items shipped within the state. Any items shipped outside of New York, are not taxed. Futonmanina.com does not take responsibility for any items shipped into states that require you to report any internet purchases.

Billing

All transactions are secured and fully ENCRIPTED. Futonmanina.com verifies every credit card transaction. We reserve the right to not fulfill orders for customers with shipping addresses that do not match billing addresses. This is determined solely by our merchant authorization processing system, and not by Futonmanina.com. You may be contact by phone to verify your address and delivery time.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Futonmanina.com is backed by manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not include transportation.

RETURNS

All cancelled or returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Frames MUST BE returned, in good condition, within 20 days, from date of purchase (Freight pre-paid). All bedding and custom orders are final. Covers may be exchanged only within 20 days of purchase, and must be shipped pre-paid freight.
